Located in the upper southern portion of Manhattan, The Financial District is the hub for everything financial in America and possibly the world. But before there was Washington, D.C., New York was home to the nation's first capitol. Federal Hall, located on Wall Street, some of the most important legislative developments in our nation occurred including the establishment of the federal government and the adoption of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution. The New York City Stock Exchange has a daily share volume exceeding $5 billion, making it the largest exchange group in the world.

Starting at the southern tip to the Brooklyn Bridge, the Financial District has a wide variety of housing. In the second quarter of 2016 you can find homes from the $600,000 to the millions.
